so i was working all day and night out in Kailua and finally made it home and was planning on taking a shower and chillin. I turn on the computer and go straight to craigslist.. and BAMMM there it was a crappy cell phone photo of an old Shaun tomson surfboard, i call the # and tell i can meet him in 15 minutes. A quick drink of water and im out the door,pull up to the parking lot and this is what is for sale. HOLY SHIT havent seen many of these around a Bill Barnfield Shaun Tomson model shaped for Shaun Tomson surfboards, SO SICK alittle tattered on the bottom but still cherry to me..haha

been building something else lately

so i've been a little busy building a Bar and Grill out in Kailua. We are now 2 weeks into the buils and it seems to be going solid. The bar is just about finished as well as the kitchen, just need to pick up the bar stools and tables and chairs...order the food and dry goods, we could open... cant wait to fire up the new grill and cook up some steaks!!!

Paradise

Just another beautiful day on Oahu. Went out to Hawaii Kai and took the boat out to Turtles and had a little surf session,pretty fun 1 to 3 ft. My girl and Marshman pulled out the fishing poles and hooked a bunch of fishes. Great day that ended with this sunset.

VIVA LAS VEGAS

just got back from Vegas, as always it was a hell of a time!! We ate at the Best. First night in town we headed to Nobu @ the HArd Rock and had our menu down by Chef Justin..INCREDIABLE . the Lobster shichimi with truffles was like CRACK..Then we headed over to YELLOWTAIL @ Bellaggio another memorable nite indeed. My good buddy Chef Akira showed us how its done. Ahi pizza,lobster,tai,KOBE 3 different ways,WALU and the list goes on.the last night we had to have good ole "in and out burgers" and a show at the MGM "KA" which was amazing as well. We ended up having some late nite food in Henderson with Akira and Tina . Fried macaroni and cheese with jalapenos and nachos meatloaf sliders come on are you kidding me..unreal..oh yeah we partied and got kicked out of Moon during our ROOM101 and CAMACHO cigars party by Matt Booth which went off the hook!!
